Generic SaaS adds 'locations' as an afterthought. We started with multi-tenancy. Most healthcare software was built for a single clinic, then patched to support more — shared tables, soft permissions, no real isolation. WIO CLINIC was designed as a multi-tenant clinical operating system from day one: per-clinic schema isolation, cross-clinic patient access where authorized, consolidated multi-currency reporting, and granular RBAC modeled on Organization → Clinic → Branch → Department hierarchy.

Schema-level isolation per clinic · cross-clinic access where authorized
Per-clinic data isolation enforced at the schema level, not just the application layer. A data leak between tenants is architecturally impossible — same trust model SaaS providers use for their largest enterprise customers.

Permissions follow your organizational hierarchy — Organization, Clinic, Branch, Department, Role. A clinic manager sees their clinic; a regional director sees their region; group HQ sees all. Permissions are field-level, not page-level.

Example multi-clinic workflow
A typical group-practice operation in WIO CLINIC
Patient is seen at Clinic A (Istanbul, TRY) for a consultation · referred to Clinic B (Ankara, TRY) for surgery · post-op care at Clinic C (Dubai, AED) · billing operates in each clinic's local currency · consolidated reporting in EUR at group HQ. RBAC governs which staff at which clinic can see which fields of the patient record — same record underneath, different views per role.
Multi-clinic licensing scales with the number of locations in your organization — per-location discounting applies from the third clinic onward. Final commercial terms agreed during the discovery call based on group size, geographic distribution, and operational complexity.
Common questions
How does WIO CLINIC achieve real multi-tenant isolation?

Each clinic operates in its own logical schema with isolation enforced at the database layer, not just the application layer. A query for Clinic A's data cannot return Clinic B's data even if the application layer were compromised — the schema boundary makes it architecturally impossible. This is the same trust model major SaaS providers use for their largest enterprise customers.
Cross-clinic patient access is permission-gated and explicitly consented. A patient seen at multiple clinics in the same group has one record with audit trails for every cross-clinic access. Full architecture documented at /trust.
Can each clinic in the group have its own configuration?

Yes. Each clinic configures its own working hours, treatment catalogs, pricing, specialties, languages, and base currency independently. Branding can be unified at the group level or differentiated per clinic. The platform supports Organization → Clinic → Branch → Department hierarchy with permissions, reporting, and configuration scoped at each level.
Group-level settings (e.g., compliance policy, audit retention, RBAC templates) cascade down; clinic-level overrides are explicit and audited.
How difficult is enterprise onboarding?

Multi-clinic groups follow an extended version of our 4-phase plan: discovery and architecture mapping, parallel data migration across all clinics, group-wide staff training organized by role, and phased go-live (one clinic first, then the rest). Most 3–10 clinic groups complete migration in six to ten weeks; larger networks scope individually.
Your group gets a dedicated onboarding architect, a per-clinic implementation lead, and a group-level success engineer through go-live and beyond. Full migration playbook with what we migrate from at /migration.
What support and SLA do enterprise customers receive?

What integrations do you offer for enterprise groups?

WIO CLINIC offers a RESTful API with thousands of endpoints, webhook delivery for major events, and pre-built integrations with common payment processors, communication platforms, and accounting systems. Custom integrations with national health registries (e.g., NHS Spine, e-Reçete, Malaffi/Nabidh, MEDULA) are scoped per project during discovery.
Standard data formats (DICOM in/out, JSON exports, machine-readable financial extracts) are supported by default — open data export is a platform-level commitment, not an enterprise feature.
